ICUdata4EU presented at the University of Luxembourg

The European Federation of Nurses Associations (EFN) presented the ICUData4EU Project to over 50 post-grad nurses at the University of Luxembourg. The presentation featured an overview of the project’s aims, and key objectives, with focus on developing a Standardized ICU Data Framework; developing Federated Data Space; developing Advancing Predictive Analytics; and Promoting Cross-Border Data Sharing.
Moreover, participants were given an overview of the Primary Use Cases which are soon going to be tested, starting with the Advanced Kidney Injury (AKI) Use Case. All the post-grad nurses working in the ICUs feel that ICUData4EU expected project outcomes can positively impact on their daily work, as having quick access to an EU-wide, AI-supported ICU database can lead to significant improvements in the delivery of quality and safe care. Therefore, the post-grad nurses welcomed the project’s objectives and ongoing developments, and they look forward to seeing the project’s deliverables being exploited!
